		<description>I think there might be a sixth factor, adaptability. I think an expert on a subject needs to know when -not- to use their expertise as much as when/how to use it.

The old saying goes, &quot;when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.&quot; I see a lot of self-styled trying to shoehorn their expertise into areas where it doesn&#039;t belong. 

I think alongside humility, having an intuition for when you&#039;re operating outside of your expertise and being able to adapt to that is critical.</description>

Honestly I think that SEO is a standard part of marketing and PR now, I think all marketers and PR pros should understand it intimately.  If I have learned it, than anyone can really, it just takes a commitment like anything else.</description>
