		<description>I&#039;d add an important one for not having effective meetings: participants are more interested in their Blackberry than participating in the meeting.

External communications during a meeting adds a great deal of time to the meeting, causes missed action items, and wastes other people&#039;s time.

Perhaps it is because they shouldn&#039;t be there (too many participants), but it is remarkable how people are physically present but really aren&#039;t there at all.</description>
